CDU (Cleanroom Display Unit)
CDU series is designed using proven micro-controller technology, this Clean Room Display Unit is validated to give accurate and reliable readings with high accuracy.
Designed for minimum cabling & easy flush mounting rugged, industrial-grade steel enclosure in Modular wall or brick walls of clean rooms.
The instruments can be mounted on Panel/Field and find immense use in pharma clean rooms, APIs, Drugs, Isolation rooms, hospital operation theatres, filter status monitoring, Electronic hardware Manufacturing plants, Green Houses, etc.
CDU series is password protected and has user-friendly integration to building management systems (BMS), Environment management systems (EMS) with their PLC or SCADA interfacing control, which makes it easy to install.
MODEL: CDU-TFT
SANC makes CDU-TFT (Cleanroom Display Unit) is designed to display Temperature, Humidity, and Differential Pressure in a seven-segment 3.5’’ color touch screen display having RTC (Real Time Clock).
CDU-TFT accepts six analog inputs (4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC user selectable) from Temperature, Humidity, and Differential pressure sensors for two different rooms and can show all six parameters on the same display. In addition, the sensors and display can communicate through RS-485 Modbus RTU Protocol.
High & Low alarm color indication for each input, total 12 alarms for six input parameters settable through programming modes in touch screen. Every alarm has both audio and visual output for which CDU-TFT has an inbuilt buzzer.
Data acquisition can be done on SCADA/ PLC application through Analogue output re-transmission for every channel or RS485 using Modbus RTU protocol.
MODEL: CDU-LED
SANC makes the CDU-LED version accepts Temperature, Humidity, and Differential Pressure input through 4-20 mA / 0-10 VDC, Factory set signals and can display 3 sets of (4 digits 0.5’’ height) parameters on 3.5’’ LED screen display having RTC (Real Time Clock).
High & Low alarm for each input, total six alarms for three input parameters settable through four keys on membrane keypad. Every alarm has both audio and visual output for which CDU-LED has an inbuilt buzzer.
Data acquisition can be done on SCADA/ PLC application through Analogue output re-transmission for every channel or RS485 using Modbus RTU protocol.
