Cancellation Policy
At Shrirang Automation and Controls, we strive to accommodate our customers' needs as much as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please follow the guidelines below:
Cancellation Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charges. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund. To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be returned to us. After we receive the returned package, we will process a refund, deducting shipping and handling charges.
Refund Policy
